We understand that walking into a martial arts gym can be intimidating. That’s why we offer female-only classes led by inspiring female instructors who started exactly where you are now.

As part of our tribe, you have full access to our mixed adult classes whenever you feel ready. We believe in "Jiu Jitsu for Everyone," based on equality, respect, and incredible growth.

I'm not fit at all. Can I still join?

Yes! Our Fundamentals and Women-Only classes are designed to build your fitness as you learn. No prior conditioning is required.

Is it aggressive?

No. Our focus is on technical mastery and safety. We foster an ego-free environment where partners work together to improve.

What should I wear for my first class?

Comfortable gym gear like leggings and a t-shirt is perfect. If you join, we'll help you get sorted with your own Gi.

Do I have to spar straight away?

Never. You only spar when you feel technically ready and comfortable. We focus on drills and controlled movement first.

Can I only attend female-only classes?

Absolutely. You are welcome to stay in our women's classes, but you always have the option to join mixed classes once you feel ready.
