ABOUT WIL

Wil Mac is a Qualified Personal Trainer working out of SBG Belfast. Wil specialises in Strength & Conditioning, Rehab & Mobility along with his love for Primal Movement. Wil also actively competes and trains in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu within SBG Belfast

 

 

 

When not training himself or with clients, Wil is often found exploring rocks, hills, and anything free climb across the landscapes of Northern Ireland. His curious manner for discovering new ways to move the body, attributes a vast amount of fun and exclusivity to SBG Belfast whether Wil trains on a One to One basis, facilitating Strength & Conditioning Classes or Coaching within Wimp 2 Warrior.
